Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

I was inspired to create a piece of art with no fear or judgment on the outcome. I let go of these negative thoughts that pull artists down and created this piece which is a journey of self reflection and discovery.
The materials I used such as small mirrors allows the light to shine on the canvas in a way that is personal and spiritual in my creation process. This work of art is blessed with love and light and meant to be seen in person to witness the full effect. The outer sides or edges of the canvas is done with a process called automatic writing. Another spiritual process of letting go.
Fine Art Photographer and Artist My artwork, encompassed over the past twenty years, has evolved from this discovery of art in nature. Through my own hardships, I have found healing in art--therapy in the awareness of the art process. Then extending out of this realization to other forms of art. And within the last five years, I have embraced the art form of photography further applying an artistic eye. The ranges of my work include: life drawing or figure drawing, Chinese brush painting, intuitive painting, Fine art photography, portrait and wedding and newborn photography.
