This is an intuitive abstract ink painting on rice paper mounted to a thicker paper to get rid of any wrinkles in the paper that the wet medium created. My influences and inspiration comes from Asian art or Chinese Brush Painting. I love the way rice paper creates different effects vs traditional watercolor paper. Fine Art Photographer and Artist My artwork, encompassed over the past twenty years, has evolved from this discovery of art in nature. Through my own hardships, I have found healing in art--therapy in the awareness of the art process. Then extending out of this realization to other forms of art.
